The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, exceptional leadership skills, and a good understanding of lending processes, particularly in dealing with GRZ, ZAF, and Zambia Army clientele.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nManage all branch operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services and achievement of sales targets.<br \/>\nDevelop and implement strategies to increase loan uptake among GRZ, ZAF, and Zambia Army personnel.<br \/>\nSupervise, motivate, and coach branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.<br \/>\nEnsure timely and accurate loan processing in accordance with company policy.<br \/>\nMaintain strong relationships with institutional partners and Stakeholders.<br \/>\nMonitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies on credit risk, KYC, and data protection.<br \/>\nHandle customer complaints professionally and work to resolve issues effectively.<br \/>\nParticipate in field work and client outreach activities to build brand presence and trust.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Banking &amp; Finance, Economics, or a related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of consumer lending, particularly payroll-based loans to government employees.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with working with public institutions such as GRZ, ZAF, and the Zambia Army is a strong advantage.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Office and loan management software systems.<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes:<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism<br \/>\nResults-oriented and customer-focused<br \/>\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
