We are committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJob Summary:<br \/>\nWe are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team on a paid and commission basis. As a Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for promoting our detergent products to distributors, such as wholesale shops, and building strong relationships with them to drive sales growth.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2013 Identify and approach potential distributors in assigned territories<br \/>\n\u2013 Present and demonstrate our products to distributors, highlighting their benefits and value proposition<br \/>\n\u2013 Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely delivery of products<br \/>\n\u2013 Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure repeat business and referrals<br \/>\n\u2013 Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2013 Grade 12 Certificate with good grades<br \/>\n\u2013 Diploma in Marketing or a related field<br \/>\n\u2013 Traceable track record of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent communication and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong networking and relationship-building skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure<br \/>\n\u2013 Valid driver\u2019s license (optional but an added advantage)<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2013 Competitive salary and commission structure<br \/>\n\u2013 Opportunities for career growth and professional development<br \/>\n\u2013 Training and support to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge<br \/>\n\u2013 A dynamic and supportive work environment<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
