\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage daily operations of the hotel\u2019s restaurants, bars, and room service.
\nEnsure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
\nDevelop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
\nMonitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
\nLead, train, and inspire the F&B team to deliver excellence.
\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in Food & Beverage management in a hotel or restaurant.
\nStrong problem-solving, leadership and team management skills.
\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
\nKnowledge of food and beverage trends, cost control, and inventory management.<\/p>\n
