The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the mobile money and agency banking industry, with a strong understanding of field operations and business development.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nSupervise daily operations across all store locations.<br \/>\nEnsure all stores meet regulatory and company standards.<br \/>\nIdentify new market opportunities and provide actionable business insights.<br \/>\nSupport store teams in achieving sales and operational targets.<br \/>\nPrepare field reports and performance evaluations regularly.<br \/>\nCollaborate with management to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements:<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in mobile money, agency banking, or financial services.<br \/>\nCertificate or Diploma in Marketing,Business administration, banking or any business related field (a Degree will be an advantage)<br \/>\nMust be able to ride a motorbike (license required).<br \/>\nA valid driver\u2019s license will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nStrong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.<br \/>\nAble to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nReady to Apply?<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
