\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Promote and sell the Puku HR App to small and medium enterprises, NGOs, and corporates.
\nConduct client presentations, demos, and onboarding support.
\nDevelop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
\nBuild strong client relationships and offer after-sales support.
\nProvide market feedback to enhance the app\u2019s competitiveness and client satisfaction<\/p>\n

\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
\nExperience: At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in HR or payroll software solutions.
\nStrong understanding of HR\/payroll processes in Zambia.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\nAbility to work independently and meet sales targets.<\/p>\n
