\nJob Purpose
\nThe Client Services Representative is responsible for carrying out client service activities that ensure high service standards, client satisfaction, and business retention. The role involves managing assigned clients, premium collections and ensuring all service commitments are fulfilled as required by the client services manager.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct client visits
\nEnsure renewals are completed for the assigned clients
\nPremium collections
\nCommunicate with internal departments to fulfil client requests<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Requirements
\nMinimum of a Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution (minimum requirement)
\nDriver\u2019s License:\u00a0A valid driver\u2019s license is mandatory. Applications from candidates without a valid driver\u2019s license will not be considered.
\n1 year of experience in a client servicing role in the insurance industry is an added advantage
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
