This role is vital to ensuring that the company maintains healthy cash flow through timely collections, effective client engagement, and management of delinquent accounts.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.<br \/>\nImplement effective debt recovery strategies in line with company policies.<br \/>\nContact clients to resolve non-performing accounts and negotiate repayment plans.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of all collections, communications, and payment plans.<br \/>\nCollaborate with the credit and finance teams to track portfolio performance.<br \/>\nPrepare and present periodic recovery and revenue reports.<br \/>\nAssist in building client capacity through financial literacy and repayment discipline.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of experience in collections, credit control, or revenue assurance<br \/>\nDebt recoveries experience is a desirable<br \/>\nExperience in GRZ PMEC collections is a must<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills.<br \/>\nKnowledge of loan management systems and basic financial reporting.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
