The ideal candidate will have a solid background in microfinance lending, team supervision, and credit risk management.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Supervise and support loan officers in client recruitment, loan appraisal, disbursement, and recovery.<br \/>\n2. Monitor loan portfolio performance and ensure high portfolio quality.<br \/>\n3. Conduct periodic field visits and on-the-spot checks for compliance with lending policies.<br \/>\n4. Train and mentor loan officers to enhance productivity and client service.<br \/>\n5. Analyze loan reports, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.<br \/>\n6. Ensure adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.<br \/>\n7. Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<br \/>\n1. Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n2. Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in microfinance lending, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.<br \/>\n3. Strong understanding of credit management and group lending methodologies.<br \/>\n4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n5.
