Our primary focus is to provide a comforting and satisfying dining experience for University of Lusaka (UNILUS) students, who often miss the taste of home-cooked meals, as well as local residents and working professionals in the area. We pride ourselves on offering quality food and excellent service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.<br \/>\nJob Title: Server\/Waiter<br \/>\nJob Summary:<br \/>\nDonoli\u2019s Kitchen is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Servers\/Waiters to join our team. Preferably someone who stays in silverest. You will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\n* Customer Service:<br \/>\n* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.<br \/>\n* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.<br \/>\n* Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.<br \/>\n* Answer customer questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.<br \/>\n* Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.<br \/>\n* Be able to adapt to the different needs of the diverse customer base.<br \/>\n* Order and Service:<br \/>\n* Enter orders into the POS system accurately.<br \/>\n* Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.<br \/>\n* Ensure tables are clean and properly set.<br \/>\n* Monitor guest needs and provide attentive service.<br \/>\n* Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.<br \/>\n* Teamwork:<br \/>\n* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.<br \/>\n* Assist with cleaning and maintaining the dining area.<br \/>\n* Support other team members as needed.<br \/>\n* Communicate effectively with all team members.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n* Restaurant Knowledge:<br \/>\n* Develop a thorough understanding of the menu, including both African and Western dishes.<br \/>\n* Stay informed about daily specials and promotions.<br \/>\n* Understand and be able to explain the different dishes to customers.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\n* Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.<br \/>\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n* Friendly and outgoing personality.<br \/>\n* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n* Strong attention to detail.<br \/>\n* Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately.<br \/>\n* Ability to work well in a team.<br \/>\n* A positive attitude.<br \/>\n* Ability to speak local languages is a plus.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
