The successful candidate will play a key role in growing vehicle sales by identifying client needs and recommending suitable models<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Actively sell new vehicles to individual, corporate, and fleet clients<br \/>\nUnderstand customer needs and propose suitable vehicle models and financing options<br \/>\nConduct test drives and explain product specifications<br \/>\nGenerate leads through cold calling, referrals, showroom walk-ins, and field visits<br \/>\nMaintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business<br \/>\nSupport contract preparation, vehicle registration, and delivery logistics<br \/>\nTrack sales activities and customer data using CRM systems<br \/>\nStay updated on competitor offerings and market trends<br \/>\nCollaborate with the Sales Manager and internal departments to meet customer needs<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in automotive or customer-facing sales<br \/>\nFamiliarity with emerging vehicle brands is an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills and Attributes:<\/p>\n<p>Excellent sales and negotiation skills<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication abilities<br \/>\nSelf-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision<br \/>\nTeam player with a customer-focused approach<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nApplications must be emailed with the subject\u00a0\u201cSales Associate\u201d<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
