AB Bank is looking for a passionate individual who is ready to take up an exciting challenge in a fast-paced environment of a growing Bank, in the position of Human Resource Officer \u2013 Payroll & Employee Relations will be based in at our head office in Lusaka. The successful candidate amongst other responsibilities will support the Human Resource department and ensure exceptional customer service.
\nAmong other responsibilities, you will be expected to:<\/p>\n
Manage the recruitment process for both internal and external positions
\nCoordinate, arrange and manage disciplinary Process
\nPayroll management
\nPrepare monthly and quarterly reports
\nEffective management of employee exit process
\nEffective management of promotions and transfers<\/p>\n
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Art in Human Resource Management
\n3 years\u2019 experience as HR Generalist
\nFamiliarity with HRIS and proficient in MS Office
\nExperience in the banking sector is an added advantage
\nEffective communication skills.
\nMember of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
\nZAQA verified certificates.<\/p>\n
