The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share<br \/>\nManage key accounts and corporate clients<br \/>\nLead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets<br \/>\nOversee pricing, negotiations, and vehicle delivery<br \/>\nMonitor competitor activity and market trends<br \/>\nPrepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to executive leadership<br \/>\nPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)<br \/>\n5+ years in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role<br \/>\nStrong local network and client relationship skills<br \/>\nProven track record of exceeding sales targets<br \/>\nExcellent leadership and negotiation skills<\/p>\n<p>Applications must be emailed with the subject\u00a0\u201cSales Manager\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
