You will play a key role in planning, managing, and delivering civil works for a variety of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<br \/>\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering successful projects from the ground up.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nPlan, schedule, and oversee all civil engineering activities on assigned projects.<br \/>\nInterpret and work from project drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.<br \/>\nSupervise site works including excavation, foundations, structural works, and finishing.<br \/>\nEnsure all work meets required quality, safety, and environmental standards.<br \/>\nMonitor progress, manage resources, and address any technical or operational challenges.<br \/>\nConduct inspections, quality tests, and maintain accurate project records.<br \/>\nLiaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.<br \/>\nProvide regular progress reports to management.<br \/>\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).<br \/>\n3+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of structural and civil works, including concrete and steel structures.<br \/>\nProficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with construction HSE regulations and practices.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nWhy Join Us?<br \/>\nBe part of a collaborative and professional team delivering high-impact projects in Solwezi.<br \/>\nCompetitive remuneration and benefits.<br \/>\nOpportunities for professional growth and career development.<br \/>\nExposure to diverse and challenging engineering assignments.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
