\nMandatory: The candidate should be able to use Pastel & Sage 200 fluently especially since it is working with ZRA Real-time invoicing & Excel fluently as well.
\nThe candidate should be flexible with hours as per tasks given by the Director or appointed authority by the Director.\u00a0
\nThe candidate should also be near Thabo Mbeki Drive in Mass Media as residence so your fuel costs are accountable as it is the starting point each morning at 08:30hrs on time.
\nThe daily operating office shall be on Lumumba Road.
\nThe candidate shall also be within Lusaka Province field attending to\u00a0merchandising follow-ups\u00a0as detailed by the Director.
\nThe candidate should send thru CVs with references to back-up as they will be cross-referenced. This job is not to build up a CV but incentive shall be there based on after Probation period judged on performance.
\nThe candidate should be fluent with Shoprite & other retailers \u00a0on portal ( which can be taught ) \u2013 system driven as long as Pastel & Sage 200 & Excel is known\u00a0(PRIORITY).
\nThe candidate should be able to coordinate planning as per directors memo\u2019s & to follow up with outsourced transporter or drivers \u00a0within the company for GRVs. The candidate should also be\u00a0diligent, timely and honest with a positive attitude.\u00a0
\nThe candidate should be able to support team members on a variety of tasks and be able to guide the team in relation to company policy\u00a0(Mandatory Requirement of having a running vehicle).
\nThe candidate would be dealing with the day to day operations of the company hence require experience , dealing in the retail sector.
