As a young team, We are committed to developing young talent and invite motivated students or recent graduates to apply for an internship as a Quantity Surveyor.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)<br \/>\n\u2022 Support in the preparation of tenders and bid documents<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with procurement documentation and contractor evaluations<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct basic site measurements and support progress tracking<br \/>\n\u2022 Help evaluate claims and prepare interim payment certificates<br \/>\n\u2022 Attend site meetings and draft reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide technical and administrative support to the Engineering Department<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (completed or Final Year)<br \/>\n\u2022 Completion of at least one industrial attachment or internship during studies<br \/>\n\u2022 Basic understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JBC Zambia)<br \/>\n\u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software is an advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong analytical and communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Class B Driving license will be an added advantage<br \/>\nDesirable Attributes<br \/>\n\u2022 Eagerness to learn and contribute to real projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Professionalism and attention to detail<br \/>\n\u2022 Team spirit and ability to meet deadlines<br \/>\n\u2022 Willingness to travel to project sites when needed<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
