This includes recruitment of call Centre agents, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and implementing HR policies that promote high performance and staff engagement.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<br \/>\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process for call Centre agents and support staff.<br \/>\nDevelop job descriptions and post job adverts.<br \/>\nScreen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage assessment processes.<br \/>\nCoordinate onboarding and induction programs tailored for call centre roles.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Employee Relations<br \/>\nAct as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.<br \/>\nMediate conflicts and maintain a positive workplace culture.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company policies and labour legislation.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Performance Management<br \/>\nAssist in implementing performance appraisal systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to call centre targets (e.g., call quality, average handling time).<br \/>\nSupport team leaders and supervisors in addressing performance issues.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Training &amp; Development<br \/>\nCoordinate skills development programs to improve customer service, sales techniques, and communication skills.<br \/>\nIdentify training needs and collaborate with trainers to deliver effective sessions.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 HR Administration<br \/>\nMaintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.<br \/>\nPrepare HR reports for the call center<br \/>\nSupport payroll processing by ensuring all employee data is up to date.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Workforce Planning &amp; Engagement<br \/>\nAssist in workforce scheduling to meet call Centre demand.<br \/>\nOrganize staff engagement activities to boost morale and retention.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
