Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.<br \/>\n2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.<br \/>\n3. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in labor laws.<br \/>\n4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.<br \/>\n5. Manage payroll, \u00a0Workmans Companasation , Nhima and Napsa returns.<br \/>\n6. Provide any other administrative support as may be required<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\n1. Diploma \u00a0or degree in Human Resource Management<br \/>\n2. \u00a0ZIHRM membership is a MUST<br \/>\n3. Must have a minimum of 3-4 years\u2019 previous experience in such a similar role \u2013 Human Resource and Administration<br \/>\n4. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.<br \/>\n5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.<br \/>\n6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n7.
