The successful candidate must have at least\u00a07 years of hands-on experience\u00a0in civil works and must be\u00a0registered with relevant professional bodies\u00a0such as the\u00a0National Council for Construction (NCC)\u00a0or\u00a0Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\nSupervise all site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.<br \/>\nCoordinate site workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries.<br \/>\nInterpret construction drawings and ensure proper execution.<br \/>\nMonitor project timelines and report progress to site engineers or project managers.<br \/>\nEnsure quality control and adherence to safety policies.<br \/>\nMaintain site records including daily reports and inspection logs.<br \/>\nREQUIREMENTS:<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\nDiploma in Civil Engineering \/Building Science or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 7 years of experience\u00a0in construction supervision.<br \/>\nRegistered with NCC and\/or EIZ.<br \/>\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings.<br \/>\nProven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
