The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical, and project management skills and be fully registered with relevant professional bodies and ready to start working immediately.<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\nLead the design and execution of roads, bridges, drainage, buildings, and other civil works.<br \/>\nSupervise junior engineers and site teams to ensure quality and compliance.<br \/>\nPrepare and review engineering drawings, reports, BOQs, and tender documents.<br \/>\nLiaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.<br \/>\nManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with local and international engineering standards and codes.<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage).<br \/>\nMinimum\u00a010 years of relevant experience\u00a0in civil\/infrastructure projects.<br \/>\nRegistered with EIZ and ERB\u00a0(or equivalent professional bodies).<br \/>\nProficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other relevant tools.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of Zambian civil engineering codes and regulations.<br \/>\nProven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
