\nBrief introduction
\nZambia-China Economic & Trade Cooperation Zone Development Limited (ZCCZ). ZCCZ Development Ltd. is the developer of ZCCZ, which is the 1st declared MFEZ in Zambia by the Zambian government. We are working to develop two Multi-Functional Economic Zones in both Chambishi and Lusaka through the construction of infrastructure and the attraction of Foreign Direct investment.
\nResponsibilities
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Direct and coordinate activities of the department to ensure effective operations.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of all electrical installations, machinery, and control systems.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain a database of all operational licenses, permits, and certifications.
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with relevant government and regulatory agencies to meet statutory compliance requirements.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure environmental compliance regarding energy use, waste disposal, and emissions.
\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in procurement by specifying technical requirements.
\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communicate planned maintenance schedules and expected downtimes to stakeholders.
\nRequired skills<\/p>\n
Leadership and people management skills.
\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
\nCommunication skills, ability to interact with other skilled trade professionals.
\nUse of testing equipment and hand tools
\nover 2 years\u2019 Experience
\nKnows the Zambian energy sector
\nMust have good typing and writing skills.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Must have a Full grade 12 certificate
\nDiploma\/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
\nRegistered member of the EIZ
\nStrong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements for electrical systems.
\nProven ability to manage licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance documentation.<\/p>\n
