Reports To: Sales Manager\/ Operations Manager
\nJob Summary: The Salesperson will be responsible for nurturing and growing our client base by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional service to existing customers. This role requires a strong understanding of our product offerings and the ability to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Identify and generate leads for potential solar energy customers through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
\nConduct sales presentations, meetings and consultations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions and help them choose the best products for their needs..
\nMeeting and communicating with customers in-store
\nProviding customers with information on various company products
\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy industry, including installers, distributors, and government agencies.
\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients..
\n\u00a0Understanding the customer\u2019s requirements and suggesting products that suits their need and budget.
\nPrepare and deliver quotes and proposals to potential customers, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
\nProcessing customers orders, and arranging collections and delivery of the orders
\nCommunicating shipping charges and other tax related information to the customers
\n\u00a0Informing customers about any promotional offers
\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
\nAchieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
\nProvide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education: Tertiary electrical or similar qualification required.
\nDriver\u2019s License
\nExperience: Previous experience in solar equipment sales experience is preferred.
\nCommunication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and work as part of a team<\/p>\n
