Customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process.<br \/>\n\u2013 Drive and deliver sales targets by cultivating customer relationships<br \/>\n\u2013 Take responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs.<br \/>\n\u2013 Support the Management team and the sales process ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintaining up to date records in the shop<br \/>\n\u2013 Carry out stocktake<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nMinimum Diploma in any field of study.<br \/>\nGood written and verbal communication skills.<br \/>\nGenuine desire to deliver first-class customer service and have a passion for natural health products\/ sales.<br \/>\nSelf-motivated, shows initiative, confident, of high integrity and a strong team-player<br \/>\nExcellent PC skills, including MS office and Excel<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
