\nAbout Position \u2013 Accounts Assistant (x1)
\nWe are looking to employ an enthusiastic and passionate driven Accounts\u00a0 Assistant in our Accounts Department. The Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Maintaining excel daily petty cash.
\nReconciliation of daily and monthly petty cash.
\nProcess all petty cash transactions\/payments.
\nProcess monthly expenses for payment.
\nCreating business partners in accounting system (SAP).
\nMaintain fixed assets register.
\nCreating fixed assets codes in the accounting system.
\nPost all payments in the accounting system.
\nMaintain fuel excel spread sheets.
\nAssist with confirmation of customers payments and assist in sending talk time forms.
\nAssist with customer statements generation and sending to the branches.
\nAssist with purchasing electricity for apartment.
\nAssist with storing and distribution of stationary to staff.<\/p>\n
