This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. As Bienvenue Private Security operates in a high-discipline environment, the HR Assistant must be proactive, professional, and aligned with the company\u2019s security service standards.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<br \/>\nAssist in advertising vacancies for security officers, supervisors, and support staff.<br \/>\nScreen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.<br \/>\nCoordinate medical fitness checks, background verifications, and reference checks.<br \/>\nPrepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.<br \/>\nEnsure all new hires are inducted into company policies, procedures, and security protocols.<br \/>\n2. Employee Records &amp; Documentation<br \/>\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date employee files (digital and physical).<br \/>\nTrack contracts, ID expiries, training certificates, and license renewals.<br \/>\nEnsure all HR paperwork complies with labour laws and company policies.<br \/>\n3. Attendance, Leave &amp; Payroll Support<br \/>\nMonitor staff attendance, leave applications, and overtime records.<br \/>\nSubmit attendance reports to payroll on time.<br \/>\nAddress payroll-related queries and ensure corrections are processed.<br \/>\n4. Employee Relations &amp; Welfare<br \/>\nSupport in handling staff grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company procedures.<br \/>\nAssist in organizing staff welfare programs, team-building activities, and training sessions.<br \/>\nAct as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.<br \/>\n5. Compliance &amp; Reporting<br \/>\nAssist in ensuring compliance with Zambian labour laws, security industry regulations, and company standards.<br \/>\nPrepare HR reports for management (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment progress).<br \/>\nMaintain confidentiality of all HR data and employee information.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\nAt least 1\u20132 years of HR or administrative experience (security industry experience is an added advantage).<br \/>\nStrong organizational and record-keeping skills.<br \/>\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes<br \/>\nProfessional, approachable, and supportive personality.<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.<br \/>\nCommitted to discipline and operational efficiency in a security services environment.<br \/>\nSalary &amp; Benefits<br \/>\nCompetitive salary based on experience.<br \/>\nProfessional growth opportunities.<br \/>\nStaff welfare benefits as per company policy.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
