Responsible for conducting or facilitating technical training courses for internal and external technicians.
\nThe objective is to develop and deliver training programs effectively and efficiently to BIA technicians and client technicians.
\nRoles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Prepare and deliver training programs at headquarters and at mining sites
\nProvide post-training support and resources
\nAssessing the achievements of trainees
\nEvaluate the training action and realize the balance sheet
\nDesign new training modules and syllabus
\nUpdate and improve existing modules
\nImplement the guidelines of the forecast training plan
\nAdapt teaching style to suit different learning preferences and skill levels
\nMaintain training records and documentation
\nSupport field technicians and customers
\nStay current with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends
\nParticipate on the development plan of the Training Center through marketing actions
\nAnswer technical questions and clarify complex concepts.<\/p>\n
Assess learner progress through quizzes, practical tests, or projects
\nReport on training attendance, completion rates, and learner feedback
\nStrategy:<\/p>\n
Monitoring of the training center\u2019s development strategy
\nProvide details on training programs to customers
\nMakes recommendations based on the training reports<\/p>\n
Operations<\/p>\n
Organize training sessions (followed list of participants, classroom, training materials and pedagogical support etc.)
\nConduct training programs courses
\nPeople management<\/p>\n
Establish good group dynamic<\/p>\n
Implement an individual and collective coaching APPROACH
\nDevelop appropriate management style in adult learning with leadership
\nCommunication<\/p>\n
Use appropriate language<\/p>\n
Develop main styles of communication (visual, auditory etc.)
\nActivity \/ Responsibility
\nAnalysis of internal and external training needs in collaboration with the Training Manager
\nDevelop modules and syllabuses (content, pedagogy, equipment)
\nEvaluates the performance of training programs<\/p>\n

CANDIDATES SHOLD HAVE;<\/p>\n
Excellent learning ability and presentation skills
\nExcellent communication skills (written and oral)
\nMotivated team player
\nGood management of interpersonal relationships and networking
\nGood analytical and planning skills
\nExperience in maintaining and repairing mobile machinery is a plus
\nAbility to manage stress and change
\nGood knowledge of OEM literature and machinery
\nKnowledge of MS Office package
\nEnglish spoken and written
\nKnowledge education methodology for adults is appreciated
\nSAP & CRM knowledge is a plus
\nProfessional Skills (Example: Presentation Skills; Sales Skills; Project Management \u2026)<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERINECE:\u00a0\u00a0
\nHave a minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience as a trainer for adults
\nHave at least 3 years, preferably technician training experience on products (mainly Komatsu) and distributed by BIA.
