\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer. The ideal candidate will provide human resource and administration services for the company in line with all HR functions in order to facilitate an organization\u2019s human resource management.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conducting payroll duties in line with HR requirements.
\nSubmission of statutory requirements i.e. NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE etc.
\nMaintenance of employee records and files; hard and soft copies.
\nPerform human resource planning and recruitment functions.
\nHandling of industrial and employee relations functions.
\nDeal with medical, wellness and operational health services.
\nCarryout inductions to newly engaged employees
\nProcessing of disciplinary activities.
\nAny other duties as assigned by the Department Head.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
Full grade twelve (12) certificate.
\nDiploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
\nMember of ZIHRM with valid practicing license.
\nGood communication skills both oral and written.
\nMinimum of five (5) years\u2019 work experience in a mining or related industry.
\nKnowledge of Zambian labour laws and good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Business Central System (Dynamics 365) preferred.
\nMust demonstrate a high degree of integrity, leadership and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
