This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for agriculture and specific experience in chili farming.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Assist the Farm Supervisor in the daily operations of the farm.<br \/>\nOversee and participate in chili planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting activities.<br \/>\nSupervise and train farmworkers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.<br \/>\nAssist with land preparation, including marking and layout for planting.<br \/>\nMonitor crop health and report any issues of pests or diseases.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with safety and operational procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Must have a full Grade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\nA solid foundation of general agricultural knowledge is required.<br \/>\nEssential Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in chili farming.<\/p>\n<p>Advantageous Skill:\u00a0Experience in land marking will be considered a significant plus.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
