The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of contract lifecycle management.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nContract Management:\u00a0Oversee a diverse portfolio of contracts, manage change orders, and conduct detailed reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br \/>\nRisk Management:\u00a0Identify and mitigate financial, legal, operational, and reputational risks associated with contracts.<br \/>\nBudgeting &amp; Financial Oversight:\u00a0Monitor budgets and expenditures, conduct financial analysis, and ensure profitability.<br \/>\nDebt Collection Support:\u00a0Collaborate with the Debt Collection Department to facilitate timely client payments.<br \/>\nReporting &amp; Documentation:\u00a0Generate performance reports and maintain comprehensive contract documentation for stakeholders.<br \/>\nQuality Assurance:\u00a0Ensure deliverables meet contractual standards and address any deviations.<br \/>\nCoordination &amp; Review:\u00a0Work with regional teams to maintain accurate records of all contract statuses.<br \/>\nNegotiation &amp; Representation:\u00a0Represent the company in contract negotiations, securing favorable terms and fostering strong partnerships.<br \/>\nCosting &amp; Quotation:\u00a0Prepare detailed costings and quotations tailored to client needs.<br \/>\nRegulatory Compliance:\u00a0Respond to regulatory requirements and ensure full legal compliance.<br \/>\nBilling &amp; Invoicing:\u00a0Collaborate with Accounts to prepare and process monthly billing for all contracts and projects.<br \/>\nVendor &amp; Client Relations:\u00a0Build and maintain strong professional relationships to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.<br \/>\nTraining &amp; Capacity Building:\u00a0Train staff and enhance organizational capabilities in contract management.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nProven experience in contract management at a national level.<br \/>\nStrong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and reporting.<br \/>\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.<br \/>\nProficiency in Sage, Microsoft Office Suite, and various procurement portals.<br \/>\nLeadership experience in training and capacity building.<br \/>\nWhy Join Us?<br \/>\nBe part of a dynamic and impactful team.<br \/>\nLead strategic initiatives that shape national operations.<br \/>\nEnjoy a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
