Job Opportunity: Training and Recruitment Officer
\nOur leading security company is seeking a Training and Recruitment Officer to recruit, develop, and train exceptional security personnel to join our team!
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified security officers.
\nConduct interviews, background checks, and vetting processes.
\nDevelop and deliver training programs for new recruits and existing staff.
\nEnsure all training aligns with industry standards and company policies.
\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and materials.
\nMaintain training records and oversee certification processes.
\nCollaborate with management to identify staff development needs.
\nCollaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for security personnel.
\nOrganize and conduct interviews, fitness tests, and onboarding programs.
\nMaintain a current database of qualified candidates and recruitment pipelines.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Human Resources, or related field.
\nExperience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment and training, preferably in the security or service industry. Background in security services, law enforcement, or the military is an advantage.
\nKnowledge of security procedures, protocols, and regulations is an advantage.
\nStrong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
\nAbility to identify training gaps and create effective learning solutions.
\nProficiency in MS Office and training management systems.
\nSolid understanding of Zambian labor laws and security compliance regulations.
\nAbility to work under pressure and manage sensitive matters with discretion.
\nValid Motorbike and drivers license (Added advantage)<\/p>\n
