\nThe Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving ZoykPay\u2019s mission to revolutionize transactions and foster financial inclusion across Africa\u2019s digital economy. This position will oversee the company\u2019s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, process optimization, and operational excellence across our payment gateway ecosystem. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, enhancing workflow efficiency, and building strong relationships with regulators, partners, agents, and service providers. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in fintech, digital payments, and financial services especially within emerging markets and a passion for leveraging technology to create impactful, scalable solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Support the CEO (Chief Executive Officer)in streamlining operations and improving efficiency across departments
\nDevelop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of business activities
\nAssist in executing the company\u2019s strategic growth initiatives and expanding into new markets
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives
\nConduct market research and analyze industry trends to support data-driven decision-making
\nMonitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost management
\nWork with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance
\nIdentify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity
\nSupport the COO in managing internal teams and driving a high-performance culture
\nLiaise with external partners, regulators, and vendors to ensure smooth business operations
\nAssist in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to strengthen the operations team<\/p>\n
Key Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
\n5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or business management, preferably in fintech or financial services
\nStrong understanding of financial operations, compliance, and risk management
\nExperience in scaling startups, managing teams, and optimizing workflows is an added advantage
\nExceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills<\/p>\n
