The Agricultural and Commercial Cooperative Society of Zambia Limited (ACSZ), registered under the regulations of Cooperative Societies Act No. 20 of 1998, seeks a highly qualified and self-motivated Zambian to fill the position of\u00a0INVESTMENTS MANAGER.
\nKey Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the
\nInvestments Manager will:<\/p>\n
Formulate and implement investment strategies and asset development plans.
\nConduct appraisal and due diligence of new investment opportunities, such as financial and investment analysis,
\nconduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and market analysis.
\nOversee property development, leasing, and asset performance.
\nManage investor\/stakeholder relations of the ACSZ Investments Limited and ensure regulatory compliance.
\nLead the development and implementation of the organisation\u2019s investment strategies and business plans.
\nEnsure growth of the ACSZ Investments Limited
\nSource and evaluate investment opportunities in line with the ACSZ Investments Limited mandate.
\nConduct risk assessments and oversee portfolio management.
\nCoordinate due diligence processes and transaction structuring.
\nPrepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations for the Development Committee and key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 or GCE \u2018O\u2019 Level certificate.
\nA bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field (master\u2019s degree will be
\nan added advantage).
\nFive (5) to ten (10) years of experience in experience in investment analysis, portfolio management.
\nKnowledge of investment instruments, deal structuring, and financial modelling<\/p>\n
