This position is pivotal for Sun King\u2019s mission to empower underserved communities through solar energy with our customers\u2019 needs and expectations. By offering willing help across digital platforms, you will help ensure that customers be valued, heard, and helped, whether they\u2019re seeking assistance, exploring Sun King products, or giving feedback. Your work will enhance brand reputation, build repo, and drive sales conversions while upholding Sun King\u2019s values to exceptional customer care<br \/>\nWhat you would be expected to do:<br \/>\nCustomer Credits Checks and Sales Order Approvals:<\/p>\n<p>Evaluate and approve credit limits and sales orders in alignment with internal credit policy and customer history.<\/p>\n<p>Receipt Confirmation:<\/p>\n<p>Monitor bank receipts &amp; ensure accurate timely posting in system against outstanding invoices.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Master Data Management:<\/p>\n<p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data including tax details, payment terms, contact information, and pricing structure.<\/p>\n<p>Ledger Maintenance and Reconciliation:<\/p>\n<p>Perform quarterly reconciliations of customer ledgers and coordinate with customers to resolve discrepancies.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Communication and Training:<\/p>\n<p>Educate customers and sales team on pricing updates, tax changes (e.g. GST) and internal process revisions.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting and MIS:<\/p>\n<p>Support in preparation of AR aging reports, exception reporting, and customer payment behaviour analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Month-End Closing Support:<\/p>\n<p>Work extended hours based on business needs to ensure timely closing of books at month-end.<\/p>\n<p>You might be a strong candidate if you:<\/p>\n<p>A Customer-Centric Mindset:\u00a0Putting customers first and the ability to demonstrate patience, and listening in all interactions.<br \/>\nProficiency in Digital Tools:\u00a0Experience with customer service and social media engagement platforms, especially tools like Zendesk and Ameyo.<br \/>\nExcellent Communication Skills:\u00a0Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, professionally, and effectively convey information across digital platforms.<br \/>\nSun King Experience:\u00a0At least one year in the Sun King Contact Centre, with a solid knowledge of Sun King\u2019s products, services, and customer journey.<br \/>\nAdaptability and Resilience:\u00a0Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure while maintaining Sun King\u2019s high standard for customer service.<br \/>\nTeam working Spirit:\u00a0Strong people skills with a team work mindset, able to work well within cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience for every custome<\/p>\n<p>What we offer (in addition to compensation and statutory benefits):<\/p>\n<p>An opportunity to grow as a professional in a dynamic, fast-growing, high impact industry;<br \/>\nThe chance to work in an open-minded, collaborative culture surrounded by enthusiastic Greenlighters who are driven by the challenge of continuously innovating and growing an innovative, sustainable business with a profound impact on the world;<br \/>\nA truly multicultural experience: you will have the chance to work with and learn from people from different geographies, nationalities, and backgrounds.<br \/>\nStructured, tailored learning and development programs help you become a better leader, manager, and professional through the Greenlight Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
