The person must have proven record of experience in managing businesses and creating workable systems to manage business with minimum supervision.<br \/>\nResponsibilities\/ duties, but not limited to:<br \/>\nOversee day to day operations.<br \/>\nDesign strategy and set goals for growth according to the vision of the company.<br \/>\nMaintain budgets and optimize expenses.<br \/>\nEnsure employees work productively.<br \/>\nEvaluate and improve operations and financial performance.<br \/>\nPrepare financial statements quarterly and annually reports for upper management.<br \/>\nEnsure workers follow health and safety regulations.<br \/>\nKnowledge of working with Computer software to assist operations.<br \/>\nEnsuring that the company operations are compliant with all Zambian business regulations such as ZRA, NAPSA etc.<br \/>\nSchedule meeting with clients.<br \/>\nSolve disputes between workers.<br \/>\nLook after workers welfare by ensuring that all workers are registered with Nhima and workers compensation.<br \/>\nPreparing of all tenders documentation when bidding.<br \/>\nQualifications \/skills<br \/>\nDiploma (or equivalent) in Business Management, Business Administration or related field.<br \/>\nProven experience as an Admin or similar role of at least 2 years or more.<br \/>\nSolid understanding of business and financial management skills.<br \/>\nStrong analytical ability.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and team work skills.<br \/>\nOutstanding organizational and leadership skills.<br \/>\nProblem- solving attitude.<br \/>\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nWillingness to adopt and learn new task and responsibilities.<br \/>\nExcellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple task. and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.<br \/>\nExperience in: Experience in managing a construction company will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
