The role provides exposure to the full HR value chain, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, HR reporting, and compliance. The HR Graduate will also gain insight into HR systems, labour legislation, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives, laying a foundation for a future career in Human Resources.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\nRecruitment and Onboarding<br \/>\nAssisting with job postings and screening resumes.<br \/>\nCoordinating and participating in interviews.<br \/>\nOnboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition.<br \/>\nMaintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.<br \/>\nEmployee Relations<br \/>\nProviding support to employees on HR-related enquiries.<br \/>\nAssisting with the administration of employee benefits and leave.<br \/>\nAssisting with the maintenance of employee records and personnel files.<br \/>\nContributing to employee engagement initiatives.<br \/>\nAssisting with investigations and grievance procedures.<br \/>\nTraining and Development<br \/>\nSupporting the development and implementation of training programs.<br \/>\nHelping to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.<br \/>\nAssisting with the coordination of training activities.<br \/>\nPerformance Management<br \/>\nAssisting with performance appraisals.<br \/>\nSupporting the tracking and reporting of performance reviews.<br \/>\nHelping to ensure consistency and fairness in performance reviews.<br \/>\nEmployee Wellness and Engagements<br \/>\nSupporting wellness campaigns and surveys.<br \/>\nCoordinating employee recognition or social events.<br \/>\nGathering employee feedback and assisting in action planning.<br \/>\nAdministration<br \/>\nMaintaining HR records and databases.<br \/>\nAssisting with the implementation of HR policies.<br \/>\nConducting research on HR best practices and trends.<br \/>\nPreparing HR reports and presentations.<br \/>\nParticipating in HR projects and initiatives.<br \/>\nAssisting with compliance audits (e.g., labour inspections, internal HR audits).<br \/>\nHelping to ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nHonors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.<br \/>\nThe candidate must be a recent graduate who has not previously been part of any structured graduate or internship programme.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nEXPERIENCE<br \/>\nA minimum of 1-year of relevant experience would be advantageous.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED<br \/>\nMedically fit as per company standards.<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nExcellent organisational and time management skills.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br \/>\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<br \/>\nA proactive and motivated individual.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
