You will be responsible for driving and maintaining vehicles allocated to you.<br \/>\nLOCATION: EMERALD HILL, LUSAKA<br \/>\nJob description and responsibilities:<br \/>\nMowing, edging and fertilizing lawns<br \/>\nWeeding and mulching landscape beds<br \/>\nTrimming small trees, hedges and shrubs<br \/>\nRemoving unwanted, dead or damaged trees<br \/>\nPlanting shrubs, flowers and trees<br \/>\nWatering gardens, lawns and landscapes<br \/>\nMonitoring and maintaining plant health<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\nApply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks.<br \/>\nConduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.<br \/>\nApply fertilizer to help enhance growth.<br \/>\nTake out weeds and dead plants.<br \/>\nTrim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.<br \/>\nUphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.<br \/>\nPlant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.<br \/>\nSupervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.<br \/>\nIrrigation system maintenance.<br \/>\nAdvise clients on how to look after the landscape.<br \/>\nCoordinate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure the garden meets the client\u2019s expectations.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMinimum of grade 9 school Certificate.<br \/>\nA minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role.<br \/>\nMust be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.<br \/>\nHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.<br \/>\nGood stamina and physical health.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
