Train and guide departmental agency staff to meet expected goals.
\nSet monthly agency goals and measure results vs goals.
\nBuild and maintain strong customer\u00a0 relationship by providing excellent customer service.
\nIdentify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations.
\nCommunicate agency performance levels including areas of concern to management.
\nDevelop action plans for improving agency performance.
\nFollow all company performance guidelines and policies.
\nDevelop business improvement initiatives based on market trends and competitors.
\nEnsure that monthly reports are submitted on 05th of every month.
\nManage agency tellers to achieve company goals and objectives.
\nAny other duty assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Must have grade twelve(12) school certificate or equivalent
\nMust have any tertiary qualifications in any relevant field.
\nMust have good problem solving and decision making skills.
\nMust be computer literate.<\/p>\n
