With over 3000 branches in Asia and Africa combined, ASA International has taken keen interest in opening several more branches in Zambia hence the need for more loan officers.<br \/>\nJob Description\/Responsibilities<br \/>\nMeet with clients to collect information for loan applications.<br \/>\nFormation of Groups and Group management<br \/>\nDisbursing of Loans and recovery of loans<br \/>\nComplete loan forms and teach clients on policies<br \/>\nMonitor and update Loan Officer registers &amp; other branch records<br \/>\nSubmit loan applications in a timely manner to the Branch Manager<br \/>\nRespond to clients\u2019 queries and resolve any loan-related issues<br \/>\nOperate in compliance with ASA Zambia policies regulations<br \/>\nCompetencies<br \/>\nCustomer Service oriented<br \/>\nOrganized<br \/>\nAbility to deal with difficult situations<br \/>\nTime management<br \/>\nBasic computer knowledge<br \/>\nJob Requirements<br \/>\nMinimum qualification of Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field<br \/>\nUniversity Degree from a recognized University will be an added advantage<br \/>\nFluency in English and one local language<br \/>\nAble to work in rural areas<br \/>\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills<br \/>\nAbility to ride a bicycle or motorbike<br \/>\nHonest, responsible, and trustworthy<br \/>\nShould be ready to work anywhere as the position is transferrable when need arise.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
