Ltd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role:<br \/>\nWe are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen and Wardrobe Fitting Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of kitchen units, wardrobes, and related fittings at client sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nSupervise and coordinate installation teams on-site.<br \/>\nEnsure all kitchen and wardrobe fittings are completed according to design specifications and company quality standards.<br \/>\nConduct site inspections before, during, and after installation.<br \/>\nManage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.<br \/>\nResolve on-site challenges or customer concerns professionally and promptly.<br \/>\nMaintain inventory of fitting tools and installation materials.<br \/>\nTrain and mentor new fitters and junior staff.<br \/>\nEnsure all safety procedures and site regulations are followed.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nProven experience in kitchen and wardrobe installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of carpentry, cabinetry, and interior fitting.<br \/>\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and floor plans.<br \/>\nExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br \/>\nAttention to detail and a commitment to quality.<br \/>\nHigh School Certificate.
