\nTawansangthong Mining Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GEOLOGIST to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to identifying and evaluating mineral deposits, survey, analyse and process the work on geology, geophysics, and geoengineering terms for the production of mining. \u00a0She\/he will be reporting to the Geological Manager.
\nGEOLOGIST *1
\nThis is a full-time on-site role for a GEOLOGIST located in Choma Southern Province. The Geologist will be responsible to;<\/p>\n
Survey sites and analyse the area of dispersion of mineral deposits;
\nControl exploration and production simulations as assigned;
\nConduct site inspections and risk assessments;
\nConduct environmental audits;
\nPrepare technical reports and documentation on the results for office geological department;
\nEnsure compliance to statutory requirements;
\nPerform other tasks assigned by the Geological Manager<\/p>\n
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Geological Degree or closely related degree;
\nAt least a minimum of Two (2) years\u2019 experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
\nExperience in the mining industry is a plus.
\nAble to work independently and collaboratively.
\nGood communication skills \u2013 Written & oralAbility to speak or learn the local language is an added advantage<\/p>\n
