\nACCOUNTS ASSISTANT \u2013 PAYABLES \u2013 MPONGWE FEEDMILL (X2)
\nThe Required Skills for this Role Include:<\/p>\n
Preparing all payment vouchers in good time.
\nScrutinizing all supporting document of a payment batch and ensure all documents are original, valid, correctly accounted and duly authorized before payment processing.
\nInitiating payments on different payment platforms as per company approved procedure.
\nEnsuring all payment documents are tracked and accounted for.
\nEnsuing all payments are processed on Evolution in good time once fully approved.
\nReceiving money from customers and ensure receipts are raised in the accounting system and original issued to the customer.
\nEnsuring that receipts have been processed correctly and allocated to the correct customer
\nEnsuring timely capturing of Approved petty cash
\nEnsuring all documents are neatly filed and clearly labelled.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\u00a0Full Grade 12 certificate
\nAccounting Technician qualification (ACCA\/CIMA\/ZICA) or equivalent.
\n1-year work experience
\nMember of ZICA
\nSkilled in planning, organizing accounting and finance operations<\/p>\n
