We\u2019re expanding and looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team.<br \/>\nPosition: Salon Receptionist &amp; Supervisor \u2013 1<br \/>\nYour Role:<br \/>\nYou\u2019ll be the welcoming face of Uchy\u2019s Touch, ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they walk in and oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure our high standards are consistently met.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Greet clients warmly and manage appointment bookings<br \/>\nHandle calls, messages, and walk-ins professionally<br \/>\nMaintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area<br \/>\nPromote loyalty cards and appointment reminders<br \/>\nSupport daily operations and assist stylists when needed<br \/>\nManage staff schedules and ensure smooth workflow<br \/>\nMonitor inventory and coordinate supply orders<br \/>\nEnforce hygiene, punctuality, and service standards<br \/>\nResolve client concerns with professionalism<br \/>\nAssist with marketing, promotions, and team motivation<\/p>\n<p>Ideal Candidate:<\/p>\n<p>Friendly, organized, and tech-savvy<br \/>\nFluent in English and local languages<br \/>\nExperience with customer service or front desk work preferred<br \/>\nPassionate about beauty and client care<br \/>\nStrong leadership and communication skills<br \/>\nExperience in salon or retail supervision<br \/>\nAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressure<br \/>\nCommitted to delivering excellence<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
