This role supports Bienvenue Private Security Ltd in managing day-to-day accounts, payroll, invoicing, and expense control.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of all financial transactions.<br \/>\nPrepare invoices for clients and follow up on payments.<br \/>\nRecord and reconcile cash, bank, and petty cash transactions.<br \/>\nManage payroll preparation for security staff and administrative employees.<br \/>\nTrack accounts payable and accounts receivable.<br \/>\nAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.<br \/>\nMonitor company expenses and support cost control measures.<br \/>\nFile and maintain accounting documents, ensuring easy retrieval.<br \/>\nSupport external audits and ensure compliance with Zambian tax laws (ZRA, NAPSA, etc.).<br \/>\nAdvise management on financial status and recommend improvements where necessary.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<br \/>\nAt least 2 years of proven bookkeeping\/accounting experience.<br \/>\nKnowledge of accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).<br \/>\nStrong understanding of Zambian tax regulations and statutory compliance.<br \/>\nExcellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes<br \/>\nHonest and trustworthy.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and communication skills.<br \/>\nTeam player with ability to work independently.<br \/>\nProactive and results-oriented.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
