{"id":4925,"date":"2025-08-20T10:02:53","date_gmt":"2025-08-20T10:02:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/human-resource-advisor-at-dbk-management-consulting-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-11-16T00:14:38","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T00:14:38","slug":"human-resource-advisor-at-dbk-management-consulting-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4925","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Advisor at DBK Management Consulting Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary:<br \/>\nAssist the Operations Department Headquarters in managing human<br \/>\nresources to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in employee management across toll stations and the department headquarters, thereby supporting the overall operational goals.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nRecruitment &amp; Staffing<br \/>\n\uff081\uff09Conduct staff recruitment based on operational manpower needs, including job<br \/>\nposting, interview arrangement, candidate screening, and recommendations.<br \/>\n\uff082\uff09Conduct drafting and updating Job Descriptions for various positions.<br \/>\nSalary Calculation &amp; Attendance<br \/>\n\uff081\uff09Collect and verify employee attendance records, including overtime, leave, and absence tracking.<br \/>\n\uff082\uff09Conduct salary calculation and verification, ensuring accuracy, and coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing.<br \/>\nEmployee Relations &amp; Management<br \/>\n\uff081\uff09Manage employee documentation and records, including contracts, personnel files, leave applications, and attendance sheets.<br \/>\n\uff082\uff09Support in handling employee relations issues to ensure compliance with Zambia\u2019s labor laws and company policies.<br \/>\n\uff083\uff09Perform daily HR functions related to discipline, performance management, and training.<br \/>\nSupervision of Labor Service Company<br \/>\n\uff081\uff09Supervise and evaluate the labor service company \u2019 s employment practices,<br \/>\nservice quality, and compliance.<br \/>\n\uff082\uff09Ensure the labor company\u2019s staff attendance, payroll, and contract execution meet company requirements and labor laws.<br \/>\n\uff083\uff09Provide regular reports on the labor service company \u2019 s performance to the<br \/>\nOperations Department and Headquarters HR.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\n2. 1-3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.<br \/>\n3. Proven track record of providing strategic HR advice and support.<br \/>\n4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.<br \/>\n6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.<br \/>\n7. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.<br \/>\n8. Experience with payroll management and processing.<br \/>\n9.Experience in multinational companies or large organizations preferred<br \/>\n10.Registered Member of ZIHRM<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
