What you would be expected to do:
\nSun King \u2013 Internal:\u00a0Handling CRM Administrative activities<\/p>\n
Creation\/editing of users, SMS setups, archiving of inactive users, and HUB-related Field Sales Executive issues as requested
\nCRM-related technical activities
\nEscalation and follow-ups on the resolution of field sales executives selling apps, CRM error messages, and technical problems.
\nSuggests software improvements or process changes
\nRaise tickets to the Tech Development Team and follow up on resolution
\nEscalating work tools issues and helping resolve them
\nFormulate mechanisms to improve common requests.
\nCustomer Facing:\u00a0Ensuring a great customer experience
\nHandle program escalations and provide timely feedback\/solutions.
\nProvide field assistance to EB Sales Team
\nManagement of MDM platforms
\nEnsure proper configuration of PAYG Agent and customer phones<\/p>\n
Field visits<\/p>\n
Ensures field visits are done monthly at least.
\nCollect feedback from Agents, area business, and Regional Managers on issues faced in the field
\nReport feedback and ensure closure and follow-ups are acted upon.
\nCross-functional teamwork:\u00a0Project Management
\nWork with other departments to ensure their requests are attended to by taking front-line initiative in pilots\/projects assigned.
\nCreate a detailed project plan tracking the progress of project activities and tasks
\nDocument project shortcomings and learnings for closer follow-up
\nWork closely with Program Optimization Managers to ensure effective and efficient project execution.
\nImprovements:\u00a0Owning and Improving Processes (current and future)
\nCreating\/documenting detailed processes and producing comprehensive reports based on any assignment to ensure proper checks.
\nAdminister surveys to expedite process alignments.
\nNew product\/software piloting, reporting, and implementation.
\nNew product testing both in the office and in the field. He\/She will be tasked with ensuring all
\nDesign presentations, data visualizations, and dashboards for strategic planning and project executions.<\/p>\n
You might be a strong candidate if you:<\/p>\n
Have a bachelor\u2019s degree or its equivalent.
\nPossess at least 2 years\u2019 experience with a proven track record of maintaining records and interacting with different systems and tools.
\nHaving knowledge and experience in operational tools such as Google Sheets, Slides, and Apps Script would be an added advantage.
\nPossessing project management skills and any certification or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
\nHave excellent people person skills and the ability to work with stakeholders with different working styles, priorities, and communication styles.
\nDemonstrated excellent time management skills in terms of workload balancing and gave feedback to queries of colleagues.
\nAre able to evaluate prioritization of tasks and projects on the go and work on high-impact, low-effort items first. Multitasking is key.
\nHave problem-solving ability and a fix-what\u2019s-broken mindset\u2014strategic thinking, innovation, and action.
\nPossess excellent attention to detail, and know that the difference between an \u201cOk\u201d and \u201cExceptional\u201d job lies in how much you can spot and work on the important minute details of your tasks.
\nPossess excellent issue-tracking and resolution skills, IT skills, and advanced computer skills.<\/p>\n
