\nJob Purpose
\nThe Loan Officer takes charge in selling YesCash Zambia products & services, screening, evaluation of loan documentation and processing of loan applications as per laid down Policies and Procedures, and responsibility over the loan quality under his\/her portfolio, general customer service. The role also includes receiving customers\u2019 repayments, pay out loan disbursements, and entertain customers\u2019 concerns related to their accounts, refunds, payments, arrears, interpret customer loan statements and settlement enquiries, Cash management. General customer service.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Advise customers on all YesCash Zambia products and services
\nSell and cross sell YesCash Zambia products and services
\nActively engaged in generating sales by bringing customers into branches
\nProcess loan products to private and government offices
\nCreation of customer accounts in the system
\nUploading of loan documentation on the system
\nManagement of loan customer files as per archiving procedure.
\nProcessing of customer refunds
\nHandling of customer complaints escalate by creating tasks on ERP as per policy
\nManage good relationship with agents, who bring in new clients
\nReceive and post cash loan repayments as per laid down procedure
\nReceive cheque repayments, post on customers\u2019 accounts, and ensure they are deposited in YesCash bank account.
\nDisburse loan proceeds and cash refunds
\nVerify that all loan documentation is fully signed by customers and YesCash representatives before disbursing loan proceeds
\nVerify customers\u2019 identity before making any cash pay out
\nMaintain teller register and other files
\nOverall cash Management
\nProvide general customer service<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements
\nGrade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and Mathematics
\nDiploma or better in any business-related course,
\nComputer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
\nRelevant selling and marketing skills- Basic knowledge in financial analysis
\nBasic sales and marketing skills
\nHonesty and Integrity
\nAttention to details
\nGood organizational and multi-tasking skills.
\nKnowledgeable in YesCash Zambia Credit Procedures and Products
\nExcellent interpersonal skills
\nGood understanding of customer service principles,
\nExcellent communication skills (oral& written),<\/p>\n
