Job Requirements<br \/>\n1. Educational Background<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree or above, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Design, or related fields.<br \/>\n2. Work Experience<br \/>\nMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in advertising agencies, branding firms, or in-house marketing departments.<br \/>\nExperience in independently planning or executing projects is preferred.<br \/>\n3. Professional Competencies<br \/>\nStrong skills in advertising planning, integrated marketing, brand promotion, and event planning.<br \/>\nCapable of independently drafting advertising proposals, PPT presentations, marketing strategies, and execution plans.<br \/>\nFamiliar with integrated use of online and offline media channels (e.g. TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Baidu, OOH media, etc.).<br \/>\nAble to formulate targeted communication strategies based on client or product needs.<br \/>\n4. Technical Skills<br \/>\nProficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br \/>\nSkills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Xmind are a plus.<br \/>\nGood aesthetic sense and copy writing skills.<br \/>\nData-driven, able to conduct market research and competitive analysis.<br \/>\n5. Soft Skills<br \/>\nCreative thinker with clear logic and strong execution.<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills for presentations and client proposals.<br \/>\nAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br \/>\nPassionate about advertising and branding, with strong teamwork and sense of responsibility.<br \/>\n3. Bonus Qualifications (Optional)<br \/>\nExperience in notable brand marketing campaigns<br \/>\nFamiliar with industries such as e-commerce, FMCG, culture &amp; tourism, education<br \/>\nExperience in new media, short video, or live-streaming marketing<br \/>\nStrong proposal or business communication skills are a plus<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
