Through its regional expertise and on-the-ground teams, the agency ensures seamless execution of trade development projects that align with client objectives.<br \/>\nDESCRIPTION:<br \/>\nReporting directly to the Managing Director, this role would require you to oversee the strategic direction and performance of all trade operations.<br \/>\nLOCATION: ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE BASED IN LUSAKA<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n\u2013 Lead the trade operations\/execution department \u2013 people, processes, documentation, systems and interface with relevant internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u2013 Manage all regional sales team across the country in order to achieve targets on MTN Agents Merchants andcustomer acquisition<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop and implement TIA strategies and policies to drive business growth and optimize operations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Oversee day to day trade operations and activations to ensure staff productivity and business profitability.<br \/>\n\u2013 Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to minimize impact.<br \/>\n\u2013 Lead and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.<br \/>\n\u2013 Oversee all MTN projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.<br \/>\n\u2013 Analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide clear direction, develop capabilities and mentorship through coaching and training.<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop and implement strategies for effective acquisition and management of Agents, Merchants and customers.<br \/>\n\u2013 Regular field trade visitation to ensure implementation of strategies and adherence to best practices.<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS:<br \/>\n\u2013 Master\u2019s \/ Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, Banking and Finance \/ Business Administration, or any related field.<br \/>\n\u2013 5 years of experience in FMCG operations or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent leadership and communication skills.<br \/>\nProven project management and budgeting skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
