The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and effective recovery of outstanding debts owed to the company. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism while pursuing payments.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Contact clients using various strategies to request payment of outstanding balances.<br \/>\nConduct thorough investigations to locate debtors, identify their assets, and gather relevant information to support debt recovery efforts.<br \/>\nNegotiate payment plans and settlements with clients and timely collection of outstanding debt, adhering to company policies and legal guidelines<br \/>\nAccurately document all communication and collection activities in the company\u2019s system<br \/>\nIdentify and escalate problematic accounts to the Collections Supervisor.<br \/>\nAdhere to all relevant debt collection laws and regulations<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of a diploma in any social science or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of one-year practical and proven experience in debt collection or similar field.<br \/>\nCompetence in Microsoft Office package.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of financial concepts.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.<br \/>\nStrong ethical and moral character.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
