\nYalelo is seeking an experienced and driven Data & Analytics Manager to oversee data management and analytics for our Production Business Unit. This role will be responsible for developing strategies, building systems, managing databases, delivering reports and dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. The manager will also lead and mentor a team of Associates, Administrators, and Clerks.
\nThis position is based at our production site in Siavonga.
\nThe\u00a0right fit\u00a0candidate will perform the following:<\/p>\n
Develop and optimise data systems and processes.
\nOversee all data and analytics projects.
\nDesign, build, and maintain databases, software modules, and reporting tools.
\nLead the production of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and provide training to end-users.
\nApply advanced analytics to generate actionable business insights.
\nImplement new databases and improve data collection and automation systems.
\nSupport the design and implementation of the ERP system.
\nPrepare and update documentation, manuals, and user guides.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Data Science, Economics, or Finance.
\nAt least 4 years\u2019 work experience, with 2+ years in operations management, systems building, or data analysis.
\nProven experience in people and project management.
\nAdvanced Excel and intermediate MySQL skills.
\nProficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Power BI essential; MS Dynamics 365 and Aqua Manager are advantage).
\nSolid understanding of IT systems and database management.
\nDemonstrated ability to present insights to senior management.
\nExperience in training and facilitation.
\nWillingness to work in a farm environment and adapt to non-standard working hours.<\/p>\n
