This role requires both artistic vision and technical knowledge to bring innovative, user-focused designs to life.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nDevelop thematic interior concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.<br \/>\nIncorporate smart home\/office technologies (IoT, automation, lighting, and energy-efficient systems) into design solutions.<br \/>\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.<br \/>\nCreate mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations.<br \/>\nResearch global trends in thematic and smart design to keep projects fresh and cutting-edge.<br \/>\nOversee implementation and ensure designs meet client expectations and standards.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.<br \/>\nProven experience in thematic design projects (hospitality, retail, or cultural spaces preferred).<br \/>\nFamiliarity with smart technologies and IoT integration in interior spaces.<br \/>\nStrong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.<br \/>\nExcellent creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.<br \/>\nStrong project management and client presentation skills.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nA dynamic and collaborative work environment.<br \/>\nOpportunity to work on high-profile and innovative projects.<br \/>\nCompetitive remuneration package.<br \/>\nCareer growth and professional development opportunities.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
